Excellent Contract Opportunity for SAP Data Administrator with SAP (Material Master, BOM) & GxP to join global pharmaceutical org. Inner Melbourne. About Company As a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry this progressive, highly respected FMCG organization is a division of a multinational group and is renowned for its innovation and quality marketing of a high range of pharmaceutical products. Due to ongoing project work an opportunity has come up for a SAP Data Administrator with SAP (Material Master, BOM's, inspection plans) & GxP experience to work within Supply Chain Group for major global pharmaceutical organisation. About the Opportunity Reporting to SAP Data Manager, key duties include the following: Oversee Master Data within SAP Excel Spreadsheets. Compile data to spreadsheets & forward to relevant stakeholders. Investigate Data Discrepancies (inspection plans, BOM's material master) & report on discrepancies. Ensure Data is aligned to GxP regulatory guidelines. Maintain data load tracker & update data status slides. Create reports for daily review & follow up on vendor projects. Effectively liaise with internal key stakeholders. About You To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience: Previo us SAP data administration experienc e. Sound experience within a GxP pharmaceutical industry. Sound understanding of SAP (BOM's, materials master). Good MS Office Skills. Excellent Attention to detail. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to liaise at all levels.
