Internal Sales Officer / Customer Service - opportunity with a global OEM of electronic components. Located in Yatala. Secure / Full Time / Permanent Your New Role Our client seeks an Internal Sales Officer based at their Head Office in Yatala on a permanent and full time basis. The main objective of this role is to service our customer base of electrical contractors and wholesalers. Attend to customer service enquiries, quotations and following up to determine results Assist with answering incoming telephone calls Review and process customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner, requesting technical or commercial assistance where necessary Achieve and maintain a customer service level of 95% on time delivery with contract customers Prepare reports for internal distribution within departments Report weekly to the production department and provide a schedule specifying manufacturing requirements for customer orders Assist the Sales Manager with the creation and distribution of price lists About You You will be, an energetic and positive individual who is looking to take on a role with continual training opportunities.
