The Senior Administrative Officer is a responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Director and Executive Dean’s Office which is the central point in the Faculty through which all University and Faculty Executive communications are received, answered and distributed. Maintain communications including the website and maintenance of SharePoint and other resources to create efficient ways of sharing information under the guidance of central digital communication specialists. As a Senior Administration Officer, you will: Plan and oversee various administrative processes within the division, including but not limited to developing and publishing the Faculty communications, organising events and assisting with the effective delivery of various workshops. Engage in process improvement activities, introduce innovative ideas to foster team collaboration, and achieve organisational goals by identifying areas for enhancement and leading the implementation. Establish and maintain strong relationships with a range of internal and external key stakeholders. Support ad hoc projects in the area, division and university as required. Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions for the Faculty based on stakeholder needs. To be successful, you’ll have: Selection A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
