This is a full-time position covering parental leave, offered as a fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months. The Role: Administrative management of the wholesale account base, working in conjunction with the APAC Sales Manager and sales reps. Sales order management including accuracy in stock allocations, monitoring replenishment orders and fulfilment rates, regular reporting of accounts and reconciliation of credits and cancellations. Internal & external customer service including relationship management, customer support and effective communication to partners and customers. About you: Previous experience in administration, reception or customer support Systems knowledge with AP21 or similar ERP, B2B order platform and intermediate excel skills are desirable.
