What this opportunity involves: Are you an experienced Transaction Manager looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting opening for a Senior Transaction Manager to join our team in Brisbane CBD. As a Senior Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transaction process for one of our prestigious client's operational portfolio, with a predominant focus on the their Queensland Industrial & Retail property portfolio. What this role involves: Work within a national team on lease and license negotiations, sale and leaseback transactions, tenant advisory and representation services, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning. Maintain critical dates diaries, ensuring 100% accuracy and no missed dates. Undertake inspections of existing or new premises. Co-ordinate market rent reviews. Prepare submissions for internal client approvals, including required capital outlay. Co-ordinate the preparation of lease and license documentation. Manage make-good obligations. Provide superior client service by achieving better than Market outcomes and acting as a Trusted Advisor. Key Traits for the Role: Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Real Estate Acumen and Retail Market Experience: Strong understanding of the property industry, particularly retail and industrial sectors. Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration Specific experience in lease and license negotiations, preparation of client submissions, and lease and license documentation. Strong knowledge of transaction processes and best practice principles. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
