Position Currently Vacant The Administration Officer provides high quality customer focused reception and administrative activities for the College. As the ‘face’ of St Joseph’s it is essential this position presents a professional image and creates a welcoming, warm and positive first impression with all they come in contact with, whether via phone, email or in person. The Administration Officer is expected to work with a high degree of accuracy, displaying initiative and general administrative skills. The position requires excellent communication skills when supporting the College Community. The successful applicant would demonstrate: Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. A high level of initiative. The ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team. Well organised and work with a high degree of accuracy at all times. It is anticipated that the Administration Officer would have the following: Experience in administration in a challenging work environment Competent IT skills. The ability to relate well to staff and students All individuals employed by the College need to have a Working with Children (Employee) Card and a National Police Record Check.
