– Bayside – WFH x2 days – $70k-$75k A vibrant and creatively led Indie agency now seeks an experienced advertising Account Manager (or part-time SAM/AD) with retail or lifestyle client experience to join their expanding team If you’re a seasoned advertising, brand or design professional looking to develop genuine connections between brands and consumers in a creative, strategic agency – this could be the opportunity for you The Opportunity: – Support the Account Director – Client and stakeholder liaison – Manage a portfolio of clients (day-to-day operational activity, retention, grow existing accounts) – Contribute to new business strategies and new business development – Collaborate closely with the national team to execute creative business strategy and manage client expectations/budgets – Financial management (overseeing detailed budgets, and client invoices) – Contribute to business pitches and presentations for key national retail, blue-collar, lifestyle, property & development clients. You: – Live in Melbourne and have full working rights – Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience preferable) with an advertising, design or brand agency – Previous experience working across consumer clients is preferred – Strong advertising, brand or creative industry knowledge is ideal for this job opportunity – Collaborative, engaging, proactive and hard-working attitude – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Ability to generate creative ideas and execute a winning business strategy – Build and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships – Strong team management and leadership skills
