In this role, you will be responsible for both manual and test automation activities, ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with developers and other testers to identify and resolve bugs, while also developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve our testing efficiency. We care deeply about your passion and dedication to the craft of software testing. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including test planning, test case design, automation, execution, and defect reporting. Generate test data required for test execution based on the test scenarios & cases identified. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright). Aligning and executing the automation regression testing across various environments Assisting to support the release management process and healthy state of test environments. Participate in all agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve bugs identified through testing. Learn and stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and tools. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development and testing processes. Key Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering, or related equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation preferred). Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and testing methodologies. Experience in across different types of testing, (functional, system, integration regression etc) Test Automation techniques for API and Service Layers. Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of .NET or scripting languages (e.g. C#, typescript, python, PowerShell). Our Technology Stack: Angular, TypeScript .NET Framework and .NET Core (C#) ASP.NET MVC and Web API, Entity Framework SQL Server Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code Continuous Integration and Delivery via Azure DevOps End to end testing with Playwright You will be joining a team which currently consists of nine members from various walks of life accompanied by a broad range of skills in this highly collaborative environment where teamwork is our most highly valued asset.
