This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the plumbing or trades industry. We are open to training the right candidate, so experience is not essential, but exposure to the plumbing supplies industry is ideal. On Offer Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible with a 1 day off) Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (OT rates available for weekend work) Temp to Perm position ($60K - $70K Super) Conveniently close to the train station with off-street parking available. Located near Kingsgrove , new office premises. Key Duties: Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, colleagues, and management. Managing emails and inquiries efficiently. CRM system - Service M8 an advantage not essential. Communicating effectively with technicians and customers. Multi-tasking and staying calm under pressure. Delivering a high level of customer service. Ideal Candidate: Able to work calm under pressure with the ability to multitask. High level of customer service skills. Good administration skills.
