Our client is seeking a Property Services Administrator to maintain and update the client's Management Information System (MIS) to ensure the accurate and timely processing of data related to property services. This role involves handling user requests such as password resets, user setups, and updates to lease and location information. The administrator ensures the smooth operation of the MIS and provides support to users, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. In this role you'll oversee the Property database, ensuring accurate property, lease, and location data updates. Key responsibilities include promptly addressing user support requests, maintaining data integrity through regular audits, managing and prioritizing data update requests, documenting all changes for reference, providing training to new users, collaborating with teams for system improvement, and pursuing growth opportunities in property services aligned with organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with web-based platforms, along with proficiency in MS Excel. You should have experience in data entry, validation, and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for providing excellent user support, while basic analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for resolving issues. Effective time management and organizational skills are required to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with preference given to candidates with property systems or TRIRIGA experience.
