Job Description Your Opportunity: Assist in the administrative functions across all aspects of the Talent & Culture department. Ensure data integrity in employee files and that all documents are maintained. Support in the induction of new ambassadors to the Hotel. Assist with the planning and execution of internal events to boost engagement. Provide recruitment support through phone screening and reference checking of potential candidates. Answer general Talent & Culture enquiries from ambassadors. Support reward and recognition in the Hotel through the administration of annual service recognition and other employee benefits. Ensure health, safety and welfare of all team members is provided through implementation of Accor Health and Safety initiatives and actively participate in the WH&S Committee.
