The successful applicant will have: Strong people skills with previous experience in residential sales Professional presentation and strong communication skills MS Office suite proficient A strong network to work with Attention to detail High level of initiative and time management skills Hands-on approach and “can do” attitude Skills and experience: Sales experience (especially real estate) is essential Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Property (Minimum) Driver’s license and own car to be able to conduct site visits Salary will be commensurate with experience.
