Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Accounts assistance Inbox and calendar management Document creation and control Site access card management and works scheduling Ad hoc administration duties About you To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including: Previous experience in a similar role Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy .
