Key Responsibilities : Maintain Participants Folders. Both hard copies and soft copies Providing reception support for the head office including candidate enquiries Resolving client enquiries, providing information and/or referring clients to appropriate departments Managing the team appointments and telephone enquiries Coordinating appointments with the use of office facilities Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed Assist with staff rostering and timesheets approval. Skills & competencies Experience working in the disability community care industry Committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience. Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally. Ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner. Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members. Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
