Commercial Administrator — Perth CBD, Perth

We are hiring immediately a Commercial Administrator ; a role that will help us to power progress for our customers. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Energy Services team . Your key responsibilities: We're Dynamic & Innovative. Monitor expenditure and process payments for suppliers. Monitoring and managing various tender sites for new and existing opportunities. Arrange travel, accommodation, and conference registrations for team members. Organising internal and external events. Attends meetings and takes meeting notes. Collate returnable schedules and other deliverables for tenders. Create and maintain a bid library of standardised content, templates, and case studies for future use. Assist with the creation of marketing materials. Full participation and support to Orange Excellence initiatives and projects.
