The Role Toll People are currently seeking a Tanker Driver for our busy client based in Wagga. Working for a leading Australian energy retailer you will be responsible for the safe delivery of bulk LPG/Dangerous Goods. This is a casual position offering a short-term assignment until approximately September/October 2024. There may be an opportunity for additional work after peak season, if candidates are willing to be cross-trained in other roles (cylinder deliveries, terminal operations), and if the work load permits. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends). Shifts start at 6am. Key Responsibilities Delivering LPG/Dangerous Goods - tanker deliveries Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times Weekend shifts as requested by the site Complete relevant paperwork Cross-train in other roles as required (cylinder deliveries, terminal operations) Skills & Experience HR licence (minimum) Dangerous Goods Licence Forklift licence (desirable but not essential) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and good numeracy skills About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
