In this busy and fast-paced role, you will provide vital support to our high performing Legal Support team and will contribute to our success as a leading professional services firm. This is a full time permanent role and would be a great opportunity for someone wanting an entry level role in the legal industry. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong typing and formatting skills, an ability to multi task and to work both autonomously and in a team environment. As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include: Printing and filing of correspondence and emails AMEX reconciliation Assistance with the team's billing on a monthly basis Voucher requests submissions File creation (opening matter and creating physical and electronic files) Closing and archiving of files and deeds Assisting the EAs with the production of documentation General services forms for completion (lodgements, photocopying, postage etc.) Other tasks as directed What you need The successful candidate will also possess: Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail The ability to clearly and confidently communicate at all levels Intermediate/Advanced MS Word skills, including document creation and presentation Strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and other software A commitment to high internal/external service standards An adaptable and flexible nature A proactive approach and high levels of initiative Why MinterEllison We offer flexible working options to encourage balance, wellbeing and support for sustainable ways of working and a range of social, financial and health benefits, including free gym membership - all with no minimum tenure.
