Permanent Full-Time positions Based in Melbourne Hybrid Working - 2 Days in the Office/3 Days from Home The Role The Graphic designer / Creative artworker is accountable for creating communication materials to promote and support all the businesses, products, and services of the Insignia Financial Group. This role helps our clients by translating complex information presented by our brands into easily digestible and visually appealing designs and enhancing the overall brand experience. This is a great role to share your creative ideas and drive and inspire with your passion for design. Key Responsibilities: You'll be required to work across a range of brands working within corporate guidelines to produce a combination of print and digital brand assets. Experience artworking and designing, flyers, brochures, infographics, long format reports, disclosure documents and other text heavy documents using style sheets and creating templates where required Creation of complex forms and interactive form fields using Adobe Acrobat Retouching, resizing and sourcing photographs and imagery Organisational skills to maintain a comprehensive library of digital assets, templates, and style guides to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure consistency across projects Experience with video recording and video editing software an advantage Experience with creating HTML5 banner ads an advantage Experience with PowerPoint and presentation design an advantage To be successful in this role you will possess: Solid experience as a graphic designer / creative artworker Extensive experience using Adobe CC applications with exceptional technical knowledge of core programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) on a Mac platform Experience in print, web, eDM and social media design Excellent collaborative communications skills with other designers, studio manager and in house clients An innovative and curious mindset to keep up to date with new application features and implement efficiencies in workflow A willingness to grow in their role and take on new challenges. An eagle eye for grammatical and layout errors, and a thorough understanding of typography and its application. Attention to detail is key. A creative eye with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines - good time keeping, file management.
