Job title: Sales Representative - NSW, Australia Job function and sub function: Sales/General Sales Position summary: To promote, sell and market company products in line with company policies. Increase market penetration in assigned markets and develop plans to drive growth. Prospect and qualify appropriate distributor partners and or market related resellers to increase product availability to the relevant targeted channels. Launch multiple product and marketing support programs to qualified partners, including product, sales and training presentations in person. Perform market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities. Reports to (role): Sales Manager, Qld & NSW Team size (Direct and total): Australian Selling Team 8 Location: New South Wales, Australia Key responsibilities: Achieve or exceed sales targets as shown in annual budget, including for new customer growth, team revenue & individual revenue. Achieve or exceed other quantifiable objectives as outlines by State Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Sales Director. Conduct customer calls and maintain CRM in line with company policies. Understand and communicate information on all product lines, company policies concerning terms and conditions of sale; including pricing, discounts, returns, credits and warranty. Understands customer and market requirements by maintaining communication and service standards. Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with company, customer and industry personnel. Prepare & complete sales promotions with customers. Communicate relevant market intelligence and customer feedback to direct supervisor in a timely and professional manner. Assist Customers to promote and advertise Company Products and implement approved marketing programs. Ensure Customers receive, understand and use point of sale material and catalogue information. Present Product/Sales training and attend trade show events on weekends and after hours, as required. Understanding and alignment with Company distribution model, strategy and discipline. Comply with the Company's Environmental Health & Safety Policies, Procedures and Processes (e.g. NPIS, PIP) including the use of protective clothing issued by the company. Comply with duty of care and due diligence responsibilities as required under local market legislation. Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, as may be required from time to time. Skills/capabilities/experience (leadership and/or functional): Sales training qualifications Previous field sales / phone sales experience Minimum two years of proven experience in automotive aftermarket Experience in the commercial vehicle aftermarket also favourable Other: Must demonstrate ability to develop and execute sales growth plans Highly motivated Ability to travel 25% Strong written and oral communication skills MS Office proficiency Proficiency with CRM / Saleforce preferred Controlling financial data including sales analysis, budgets and forecasts Time management Highly polished presentation skills Aligned with DRiV values: Integrity Always, One Team, Make Tomorrow Better, Will To Win
