Permanent Full-time Salary: $65,000 $72,000 super 2 days remote working a week Sydney CBD Location ORGANISATION A highly esteemed and leading member based organisation representing financial services professionals. Members are provided with professional development, education and high ethical standards. This position is based in Sydney Office. ROLE You will support the organisation's continuing professional development, to enhance the member and student experience through relationship management, effective data analysis, innovation, and provision of exceptional customer service. Other duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide quality customer service and prompt response to customer enquiries, received to education inbox (as required) Administration of education and other member processes Member and student satisfaction with services and education Support development of new course offering Coordination of distribution and uploading of course/event materials and recordings. Administer exemptions process. Database reports are monitored and developed Process invoices and volunteer forms and manage expenditure within budget Support the exam delivery providing assistance in terms of exam supervision REQUIRMENTS: Must have minimum 2 years Administration experience within an office setting Membership, or Education experience highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite of products and use of a CRM, preferably Salesforce A go-getter with excellent relationship skills and a can-do attitude to develop and deliver outstanding services to the members on time and within budget.
