What's in it for you: Permanent full time (including holiday pay, sick pay, super etc) Monday to Friday, no nights, no weekends Competitive salary package including c ompany vehicle, p hone, iPad and anything else needed Supportive environment with a team of professionals that love what they do What you will do: Oversee the estimation process of multiple projects mainly in residential landscape construction across the Brisbane greater region Customer and site visits to develop a plan for their project (not stuck behind a desk) Projects you will be estimating will range from $30k to $350k Write scope of works Conduct site inspections during pre, during and post project completion Liaise with customers, in-house designers, construction managers and project managers from start to finish. Work with a like-minded group of professional landscapers. Requirements What you need: Great customer services / interpersonal skills Certificate III Landscape Construction (desirable but not essential). Ability to write full scope of works based around residential landscaping Queensland driver’s Licence White Card Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic and be a strong team player. Able to use apple software 5 years within the landscape industry is highly desirable.
