Position Purpose The primary responsibility of the Tech Lead/ Salesforce Solution Designer is to provide technical expertise, guidance and produce designs for various Salesforce initiatives and projects. This includes being responsible for the high-level architecture through to detailed design and working with individual project teams to ensure appropriate delivery of the solutions to the satisfaction of the customers. Key Accountabilities Responsible in producing solution diagrams and associated design artefacts. Guiding the development team in using the latest Salesforce technology which may include Lightning, Apex, Platform Shield, Files Connect, Lightning Connect, Heroku, Platform Events and Salesforce DX. Providing assurance that the project or program is appropriately using Salesforce technical capabilities to solve business problems. Review and provide feedback on technical solution designs and development work carried out. Own and lead the overarching technical solution design documentation in collaboration with the rest of the delivery team and stakeholders. Knowledge and skills 5 years prior experience in Salesforce services cloud/case management and Salesforce Communities Experience in designing complex Salesforce solutions including experience in API integration and design Experience with and analysis of data schemas and objects Experienced Lightening web components and UI design with HTML & CSS Domain knowledge in Salesforce security features, including access management and general platform administration Experience establishing and scaling Salesforce capability Comfortable working in on Greenfield initiatives and in ambiguous environments Experience establishing a service integration capability specifically based on MuleSoft.
