Your Opportunity: The position of Administration Officer Community Access and Bookings Service (CABS) encompassing the Child Health Service (CHS) and the Child Development Program (CDP) within the Division of Child and Youth Community Health Services (CYCHS) will: Provide a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude to assist with the administrative function in the processing of referrals and associated appointment booking processes. Support a team of clinical staff for Child and Youth Community Health Services and perform a range of administration functions to provide consistent and high-quality services within a phone-based environment. Provide a professional and courteous incoming call distribution service for staff, patients and external stakeholders of Child and Youth Community Health Service (CYCHS) ensuring appropriate action, response, and follow-up within suitable timeframes to support in delivering quality services.
