Our client is a well-established national design business working on projects with a focus on creating positive impacts and designing spaces that we touch throughout our lives. This is a vital role within the studio the role that assist the business in being able to do what it does and make the difference. Use your great skills to be able to interpret other peoples visions and understanding of what clients are looking for. Out client works with both private and government clients so experience or an ability to understand government bid criteria would be a great asset. Working in a dynamic environment you will need to be able to work on multiple projects at once and have an ability to prioritise and manage your time well. Responsibilities Writing and creation of competitive bids and proposals, EOI's and panel submissions within branding and business guidelines Project management including the collation and coordination of all information required from various internal and external stakeholders for final submission in a timely and precise manner. Updating of bids and proposal information in software systems including data input for tracking, reporting and forecasting. Maintenance and growth of the bids library including creation and management of CV's, project profiles and other bids content. Assistance with Business Development collateral including presentations and capability statements. About you: You need to be someone who loves what they do, a naturally talented visual communicator and or writer, with the ability to understand what clients are looking for and what the professionals you are working with are trying to convey. Ideally, you will: Experience working as a graphic designer who is used to preparing a large variety of material Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and alike Experience working in a fast pace, dynamic environment with deadlines and projects Experience in the Built Environment especially in Design, Architecture, Property, Engineering, Building and construction will be advantageous Are a highly organized individual with great time management skills and very high attention to detail.
