The Opportunity The Property team’s services are critical to the operation of Asuria’s programs across all regions in which we operate. The objectives of the Property team are to work in partnership with the business to deliver fit for purpose sites that support program revenue targets; proactively provide and maintain Asuria sites to the required standard; work collaboratively with People and Culture and Quality and Compliance to ensure that all Asuria sites are safe for staff and participants; ensure the timely and effective resolution of all facilities and maintenance issues, and mitigate risk to Asuria through robust leasing processes. The Property Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the Property team and has responsibility for assisting with the review and management of Asuria’s leasing documentation and associated processes, budget and invoice administration, keeping the Property Management System up to date, and customer request management. The role collaborates closely with internal business stakeholders and service providers to deliver an outstanding customer experience to Asuria’s internal customers Key Accountabilities Instructing external parties to assist in lease reviews and management and compliance activities. Reviewing upcoming lease expiries per Service Level Agreement terms and making key recommendations including with respect to rent reviews, insurance and securities. Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss leases Accurately interpreting leases and associated documents and providing leasing advice aligned with business objectives Processing washups, outgoings and supplier invoices. • Overseeing purchase order processes Maintenance of lease documentation across all Asuria sites Maintenance of supplier information including service agreements, statements of work and compliances.
