The Team The Enterprise Planning & Performance Business Office (EPPO BO) is responsible for financial management, management accounting, Technology procurement and ongoing contracts management across the Digital, Data and Technology Business and Technology Programs and Projects. The role As the Administration Officer, you will be required to: Assist hiring managers with organising contingent labour interviews, as required. Provide support to the Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA-A and OSA-B) process for all Digital & Data contingent workers and working closely with Personnel Security Services to ensure contingent labour are cleared on time. Assist hiring managers in onboarding activities, such as ordering devices and requesting required software for contingent labour. Support back-end Finance and Procurement processes by: Creating and managing purchase orders for Business as Usual (BAU) and IT projects for hiring managers and project managers, as required. Assist hiring managers with receipting contingent labour invoices and investigating any associated invoicing issues. Creating contract/procurement records in the Contracts Management System (CMS). Undertake other ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required. Build, maintain and support on-going relationships with all internal customers, vendors, and external customers Provide support to the Business Manager - EPPO and members of the EPPO Business Office team, as required. About you Minimum of 3 years relevant administrative experience, working in a similar administration role, is essential. Recent experience in finance, procurement and/or administration. Experience with the government Security Clearance policies and procedures. Knowledge of finance processes, especially accounts payable processes. A customer service focus, attention to detail and be a team player. Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a high degree of organisational and planning skills, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be accountable for outcomes. Demonstrated experience in working with MS Office suite of products. Experience within an information technology environment, is desirable. Relevant government experience will be highly regarded.
