Temp CSR/Order Processing role based in Knoxfield. Initially on a 3 month Temporary Basis. The Company A rare opportunity has become available to join a global FMCG market leader. This iconic brand is constantly at the front of their field and has been experiencing significant growth with the launch of a new range of products. With offices in the Wantirna area this is a fantastic role for a hands on and process orientated Customer Care Representative to join their team on a temporary basis. The Role Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will see you looking after: Primary point of contact for customers - both internal and external Day to day management of orders and taking ownership of related logistics requirements Processing queries, returns and order status through CRM Trouble shooting product issues Proactive calls to consumers to follow up on order satisfaction, assess and improve their user experience and upsell products. Working with the sales team, warehouse and transport providers to ensure all orders are delivered on time and meet expectations Handle stock availability and pricing enquirers as required.
