Due to a strong increase in product orders they are now requiring a Engineering Design Manager - Mechanical expertise , as well as a proven background in a fast paced manufacturing environment of underground mining equipment In this role you will be responsible for providing direction, expertise and leadership to a team which will include; Managing and mentoring the team Key management of resources and budgets Driving project performance, quality and delivery Monitor and report on work schedules against agreed criteria.
