Workshop Administrator — Mascot, Rockdale Area

Description Based at the Sydney airport and working for our Service Manager we need your administrative support in helping oversee fleet operations for our business. If you have a passion for cars and great organisational skills, you will thrive in this position Full Time, permanent role (working 38-hours per week) Standard Monday to Friday work week with flexible start and end times Parking provided Supportive, friendly, and caring culture Large, stable international company The Role In this busy role as Workshop Administrator, you will complete all administrative tasks in relation to the maintenance and damage of the fleet, for all Brands across Pacific, in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties would include but are not limited to: Processing accident reports and quotes in applicable internal systems Liaising with internal and external customers in relation to accident damage Raise, maintain, and receipt Purchase Orders Processing invoices for payment in applicable internal systems Ordering parts where applicable Liaising with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices where applicable Answering phone enquiries and providing breakdown assistance when necessary. Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision. Other reasonable duties as required. What we are looking for We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver a high quality of work within timeframes. Accuracy and attention to detail are also essential as is the ability to work autonomously. You will have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Previous experience within the Car Rental Industry will be seen as advantageous.
