Workshop Administrator — Mckail, Albany Area

The Role TCWA are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our busy and high performing Albany branch. This position will see you reporting to the Branch Manager and being responsible for assisting with key administrative tasks in order to support the daily workshop operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Daily management of the workshop planner and job scheduling Assisting with labour quotes Management of technician job clock in's/off's and making adjustments as required Reviewing approved leave requests and updating the workshop planner with technician availability Assist with completing the branches timesheet, ready for payroll processing Assisting with workshop OSH procedures and reporting Assisting with organising maintenance of facilities and tool replacements Taking minutes at toolbox meetings Assisting in the Service Department with administrative duties as required Providing assistance with the branches lean initiatives The Successful Applicant To be considered for this position you will be a results driven individual, with a positive and proactive attitude who thrives in a team environment.
