They have a rich 98 year history working across multiple categories distributing to large scale retails in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Description Reporting into the National Sales and Marketing Manager this is a diverse role working across many aspects of the business, including Product, Sales and Marketing. Manage project execution including product innovation, planogram reviews, liaising with suppliers on POS material, open order inventory planning, etc. Support with the customer's category range review process and internal plans; including pricing, product, and promotional recommendations within category reviews. Account management of semi-corporate accounts, with aim of keeping the relationships warm. Responsible to monitor data-rich insights including customer sales data analysis to contribute to category plans & sales growth. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team. Create bespoke presentations to use in account presentations, and new account acquirement. Assist with product and pricing submissions for major retailers and independent customers, and work with product development team to source products. Profile Demonstrated experience working in a Marketing, Category, Product or Sales role. Qualification in Marketing, Business or equivalent. B2B experience is highly desirable. A can-do attitude with commercial acumen, eagerness to learn and work within a fast paced, competitive industry. Strong organisational skills, including strategic and analytical mindset. Ability to work independently including problem solve and build internal and external relationships.
