About the Role They are looking for a Part-Time HSE Administrator to join their cooperate team Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Office is based in Brisbane but the role will be primarily a WFH position. There will be an opportunity to grow into a full time role as the cooperate team grows over the next 6-12 months Responsibilities Document control management ensure documents are correctly formatted, within expiry dates, and communicated to relevant stakeholders Managing company policies Ensure policies are updated, approved, and communicated as outlined Develop and control the Corporate Services department planning and scheduling for all activities Manage the onboarding of all employees and contractors in the Donesafe database Populate and manage the asset management register Prepare, generate, and communicate mandatory reports Monthly HSEQ Board report Maintain the hazardous chemicals register, hazard register, and incident management database Manage the training management database Ensure all actions are updated and closed out by target dates Arrange required meetings and take minutes as needed To Be Successful Proven experience in an HSE administrative role, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industry but not essential 5 years in an Admin support role or similar Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Advanced XLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HSE management software. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.
