With over 50 years experience in senior management, they are looking for an emerging leader to join their team as Warehouse Team Leader. About the Role Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including; Inventory control Order fulfilment Receiving and shipping People supervision and motivation Ensuring adherence to safety regulations Maintaining efficient and cost effective warehouse operations Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems- MWS (Warehouse Management Systems) Oversee the efficient layout and organisation of the warehouse for optimal storage and retrieval. Supervise order pickers and packers to ensure timely order fulfillment. Liaise with Ops staff to confirm achievability of Purchase Order Fulfilment Ensure adherence to all relevant Queensland workplace health and safety regulations (WHS). Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings. Oversee the receiving process, ensuring accurate and efficient unloading and inspection of incoming goods. Liaise with Container Administrator for the shipping processes Abou You Emerging leader with demonstrated Warehouse management experience Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS systems, Carton Cloud). & Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines KPI Development & Implementation experience Problem-solving and analytical skills Working knowledge of relevant Queensland WHS legislation Forklift license (preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
