They are currently seeking a talented Salesforce UX/UI Designer to join their team and help drive user adoption and business success. The role: As a Salesforce UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences across the Salesforce platform. You will leverage human-centered design principles and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Develop user personas and design user interfaces that align with Salesforce's design language. Create user flows, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Atomic Design systems and Figma. Define and conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness. Identify and resolve usability issues and report on UX design activities. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions. Manage initiative dependencies, risks, and documentation. Key experience: UX/UI design experience with a background in business analysis. Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Ability to work independently, manage expectations, and deliver MVP artifacts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
