Administration Clerk — Burwood, Whitehorse Area

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Clerk to join our team, working primarily from our Burwood Office. The successful applicant will support the accounts department with tasks related to banking, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Key Responsibilities: Order all stationery for the group to ensure stock levels are maintained. Reconcile and correctly apply all cash, cheques, and EFTPOS transactions. Record all appropriate information to charge the correct department. Assist other team members with administration tasks. Distribute mail to internal and external recipients as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. At least 12 months of experience in reception, office administration, or a similar role (preferable). Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proven organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
