Project Administrator — The Rocks, Sydney

About You and the Role John Holland is currently looking to speak to Administrators to join our growing Sydney building team. Provide administrative support to project, which typically includes tasks such as data entry; the maintenance of financial records; compiling of reports; the processing and completion of forms, stakeholder communications; organisation of team meetings / event logistics; and secretarial support as required. Responsibilities of the role include; Maintain project security by following procedures and controlling access to the building e.g. issuing visitor badges and following visitor sign in procedures Maintain project filing and database systems, storing information accurately and safely Ensure expenses and invoices are processed and are in line with contractual obligations Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes, and making travel and accommodation arrangements as required To be successful in this key role, you must have; 1-3 years' experience in an office environment Administration and document management practices Use of databases High School certificate or equivalent administrative experience What's in it for you Your success is reflected in ours, so we're committed to being an employer of choice.
