GreenInc is part of the Bedford Group, which grew out of Bedford's APG (Adelaide Property and Gardens) to provide a range of commercial landscape services and to provide a pathway to open employment for people with disability. About the Role This permanent part time role will be located at either/both of our Panorama and Mount Barker sites and report to the Estimating and Contract Manager. Working 2-3 days a week in a small and collaborative team, the successful candidate will perform a diverse range of administration tasks. Key Responsibilities: Support estimating team and coordinate administrative requirements, assist with tender, contracts and projects in Landscape and Maintenance areas Raise and issue purchase orders and prepare claim forms Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and suppliers Maintain and complete accurate records across multiple projects About You You are an experienced administrator in a construction or blue-collar industry. You will have had exposure to business administrative tasks from assisting in contracts, project tracking, and compliance. You would have a great work ethic, outstanding time management skills and attention to detail, with ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Other skills and experience include: Previous administration experience in contract, tender, and project planning Excellent planning and organisational skills, and ability to manage conflicting priorities Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Project and Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative approach, and desire to learn and continuously improve For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with GreenInc: A National Police Clearance (gained no more than six months ago) Evidence of right to work in Australia What’s in it for you?
