Seeking a confident Customer Service Coordinator, with experience in a production/manufacturing environment for an immediate start in the Geelong area We are currently seeking a confident Customer Service Coordinator, with experience in a manufacturing environment for an immediate start in the Geelong area. 38 hours per week 8:00am to 4:00pm OR 8:30am to 4:30pm Full onboarding Friendly office environment $32 per hour casual rate Permanent opportunity after a successful qualification period (approximately 3 months) Your duties will include: Scheduling and arranging paperwork for the daily production schedule Responding to customer order enquiries via phone & email Processing of stock orders Following up back orders with suppliers Updating the daily productivity reports and meeting minutes Administration assistance to the Sales Team Create quotes & sales orders About You: Prior experience in a customer service/internal sales role within the transport, building &/or construction industry. Proficient typing & data entry skills Experience and competency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Excellent communication skills Be able to follow directions and comply with company processes and procedures Forklift Licence advantageous, but not essential If you meet the above criteria, please send through your Resume to: jobsgoaheadgroup.com.au.
