We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales representative to join a successful business. Your primary focus will be providing scaffolding solutions for clients. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of securing new projects for the business including the development, pricing and negotiation. Using problem solving skills to provide solutions to unique and complex scaffold assemblies, while considering the safety and cost of the solutions as well as understanding client requirements. Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to: Quote and estimate price for scaffold projects from plans received from customers, scaffold drawing plan will be provided Liaise with clients during projects to ensure requirements and customer satisfaction is being met Visit sites for measure ups & pre-checks Provide installation notes and discuss with scaffolders on how they will need to install the job to make sure job is done according to scaffold plan and as per client requirements Work together with other drafters and schedulers to ensure daily and weekly workload runs smoothly Submit a monthly sales and KPI report to management To be successful for this role, you must have: A positive, enthusiastic & self-motivated attitude, with the ability to communicate both internally & external externally work experience for business development and/or customer service in the construction industry Strong technical background with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Scaffolding industry knowledge & experience is highly regarded Scaffolding experience in an estimator’s role or similar will be highly regarded as you will be required to accurately measure, estimate and price projects although training will be provided What you get: Full time hours, working 8am - 4:30pm Amazing opportunities for professionals to contribute their expertise & continue to grow The opportunity to work within a fantastic and supportive team Monday - Friday work only.
