THE ROLE As an Administration Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the organisation as you apply your exceptional coordination skills to ensure that adequate staffing is maintained. In turn, this will rewardingly enable all students to receive the education and support that they need to thrive. THE DUTIES Administratively coordinate the day-to-day operations of the school by allocating the required staffing - some out of hours work necessary to effectively oversee this Work with staff to strategically plan in advance the coverage of all staff absences Create and maintain yard rosters Oversee the completion of timesheets, leave records and payroll paperwork Maintain a strong reserve of Casual Relief Teachers THE IDEAL CANDIDATE To be successful in this position, you will exhibit exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently coordinate many moving operations to ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times. You will be highly dedicated in your role, with strong administration skills and the capacity to remain focused while often working in an urgent reactive environment. Further, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, as you work cohesively with a range of different stakeholders to effectively coordinate staffing, rosters and HR records.
