We are seeking a Casual Part-time Sales Assistant/General Duties/Warehouse. Benefits • Casual Part - Time Role 2-3 Days per week with some Saturdays • Suit a student that is studying • Friendly supportive environment • Full-Training Provided Responsibilities include when at Warehouse: • Daily receiving & dispatching stock • Loading and unloading • Order preparation • Stock control • Quality control of bathroomware, kitchenware and accessories • General house-keeping of all warehouse areas and amenities • Occasional deliveries to our customers & daily transferring of stock between our warehouse & retail operations (manual vehicle) • Maintaining excellent Customer Service, in a friendly, tidy & professional manner • Lots of heavy lifting involved To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate: • Excellent organisational skills with basic computer systems knowledge • A solid understanding of the flow of information within a business • The ability to work within a team and busy environment, whilst managing multiple tasks on the go • Effective communication skills and a willingness to assist in all areas of business operations, as well as the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Exceptional customer service • Strong attention to detail Applicants must be computer literate, reliable, well presented & have good communication skills. Manual Drivers License would be highly regarded. You will be a self motivated, energetic, and friendly team member who has a strong ability to problem solve, multi-task, and work efficiently in order to meet critical deadlines. You also need to possess the skill of taking absolute ownership on all things which affect the results of your works. You need to be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, and previous experience processing orders and invoicing using any system would be valuable. Basic knowledge of sales would be ideal.
