Storeperson/ Customer Service Officer — Osborne Park, Stirling Area

What Will You Do? Typically, you will start your day attending to customer service responsibilities for the Osborne Park Branch, operating a forklift to unload our incoming deliveries and load our products ready to be despatched to customers, as well as performing general warehousing duties. Your responsibilities will include: Processing and Managing Customer Orders: handling customer orders, quotes and enquiries via face to face, online and over the phone as well as processing sales, using EFTPOS and handling cash Efficient and Accurate Data Entry: ensuring efficient and accurate data entry and order-taking, updating systems promptly Building Strong Customer Relationships: cultivating positive relationships with both external and internal customers, fostering open communication and trust Supporting Warehouse Activities: assisting with warehouse tasks such as unloading deliveries and loading customers' vehicles safely you will also support the warehouse team with key activities that can involve unloading our incoming deliveries and loading customers’ vehicles in a safe manner. Ensuring Safety: adhering to company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all This is a Monday to Friday role, offering some flexibility within the trading hours of 7am to 4pm, with a 38-hour work week. More About You A reliable and punctual individual who is passionate and driven to provide excellent service to customers and willingness to perform warehousing duties (training will be provided). In addition, you will have: a current forklift ticket is preferred (further training will be provided on the job) high level communication and customer service skills time management and sound computer literacy skills in MS Office (training will be provided for or in house systems) willingness to learn, possess a can-do attitude, show initiative; and high level of safety awareness.
