Administration / Customer Service Officer — Dry Creek, Salisbury Area

Full time position 6-month opportunity (maternity leave backfill) $32.50 per hour Located in Dry Creek, SA The Position: Our client is seeking an Administration / Customer Service Officer with excellent organisation and time management skills. This role is an essential part of the team, providing administration and coordination of services to customers along with support to the Sales and Operations teams. This is a six month opportunity for maternity leave coverage. Key Responsibilities: Providing superior customer service to customers and suppliers. Act as the first point of contact for phone calls and emails. Administer new customer set up and changes to databases and service schedules. Resolve customer complaints, logging the calls and reporting on them. Processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables invoices/queries. Administering export/domestic sales process. Generating Sales and Operational reports to meet business needs. Administering site inductions, weighbridge transactions and contractor interactions for the Depot. Skills and experience 2 years' experience in a similar role. Demonstrated strong Administration skills. Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service capacity. Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables functions. About you: Strong interpersonal/communication skills Excellent customer focus Ability to manage competing demands and to work to deadlines Strong computer literacy with minimum intermediate Excel skills Excellent phone manner, especially in busy environment Works well within team environment Experience with working in a B2B customer service function (desirable) To be successful: You will have full working rights within Australia. You will be available to commence in July 2024. You will be able to reliably commute to Dry Creek, SA for the role.
