About the job We are looking to speak with experienced Sales Consultants to work at our client's major franchise Construction Equipment dealership in Shepparton, VIC. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. They will have a passion for Construction Equipment or Farm Machinery and excel at understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. They will be driven to close deals while maintaining a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset will make them an invaluable asset to the team. Whilst previous Machinery sales experience would be fantastic, our client is open to any existing sales experience in Agribusiness, Automotive or similar. If you have worked with brands such as Hitachi, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo CE, Hyundai CE, Sandvik, Terex, John Deere CE, Kobelco, Kubota, etc. then we want to hear from you Ideally you will have: Proven experience in a sales role, selling either compact equipment, tractors, machinery, cars or similar products Experience working towards KPI's Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements An excellent remuneration package consisting of a base salary plus vehicle and commission structure will be offered to the successful candidate. Overall you could earn around the $130k-$150k mark OTE plus car, phone, relocation assistance.
