The Warehouse Supervisor will collaborate with various departments including Manufacturing, Logistics, and Digital Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal supply chain performance. Let's talk about Responsibilities: Ensure that the Warehouse team is supported to run the day-to-day operation, keeping production running without disruption, meeting KPIs, and minimizing the impact of unexpected issues. Responsible for people management, planning, and organization of deliverables while actively developing a team culture. Work with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure the smooth flow of materials at all stages of the supply chain. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Digital Supply Chain teams to ensure optimum supply chain performance. Manage onsite equipment and contractors engaged in warehouse-related activities. Implement, manage, and be accountable for ensuring compliance with all aspects of safety within the area of responsibility, proactively building a culture that promotes the highest levels of safety. Recruit and retain talent with a strong blend of technical capability, cultural fit, and alignment with ResMed's values. Coach and provide regular feedback to ensure team members grow, develop, and perform at their best. Build a team driven to deliver the highest quality solutions, demonstrating ownership and accountability for the service provided. Implement Business Excellence initiatives through leading various lean initiatives (PDCA, JDI, Continuous Improvement, 6S, etc.) across areas of responsibility. Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience: Required: An understanding of the theory and application of MRP/DRP systems. Warehouse supervision and management skills. Ability to improve the focus of the warehouse team, ensuring high standards are reached and maintained in areas such as OH&S, Quality, Customer Service, and Inventory Integrity. Clear understanding of H&S policies and procedures with the ability to apply them in the day-to-day work environment. Good knowledge of quality management processes and their application. Strong experience in the administration of a warehouse/distribution operation. Preferred minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
