The Partner is excellent to work for, he is extremely modern in his approach and works on a wide variety of complex dispute resolution matters, with a particular focus on consumer protection and regulatory litigation, technology related disputes, internal investigations, and large commercial disputes including class actions and transactions. As a Legal Assistant, your responsibilities include; Diary and travel management; Drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence/documentation; Preparing Court documents, lodging court documents; Preparing legal documentation (e.g. submissions, defences, witness statements, affidavits, complaints, agreements); Liaison with the Business Development team, including assistance with updating firm CRM (OnePlace and ClientHelp); Billing and Reporting; AMEX reconciliation/expense management; Ad hoc Administrative duties To send your resume through to us, click the APPLY NOW button.
