The business is located in Lillyfield NSW. We have been operating for more than 10 years providing services including demolition, excavation, rubbish removal, asbestos removal, painting, truck hire and labour hire. We are currently looking for a qualified Contract administrator for a full-time position. Current Opening: This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week). The Role As a Contract Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee all contractual agreements and processes within our organization. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with contractual terms, coordinating audit activities, and resolving any contract-related issues that may arise. Job tasks and responsibilities: Managing all aspects of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing agreements with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensuring that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures Identifying and assessing potential risks associated with contracts, and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks. Handling any changes to contracts, such as variations in scope, schedule, or budget, and ensuring that these changes are properly documented and approved. Staff training, inductions and running toolbox meetings. Ensuring that safety standards, company policies and safe work practices are always adhered. Overall responsibility for invoicing for contractual works. Maintaining accurate and organized records of all contract-related documents, including correspondence, drawings, specifications, and change orders. Monitoring project costs against budget and identifying any cost overruns or discrepancies. Serving as the primary point of contact for all contract-related communications, both internally within the organization and externally with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Resolving any disputes or conflicts that arise during the course of a project, either through negotiation, mediation, or other means of alternative dispute resolution. Monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and project milestones. Facilitating the closeout process at the conclusion of a project, including obtaining all necessary approvals, finalizing documentation, and ensuring that all contractual obligations have been met. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or equivalent in Contract Administration or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field In-depth knowledge of contracts, regulations, and principles pertaining to service agreements activities Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with auditors and stakeholders. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
