Manager Legal Support (multiple locations) Campbelltown, Dubbo, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith Prosecution Officer (Administrative) Level 5 Temporary up to 12 months with possibility of ongoing $131,258.77. Package includes salary ($106, 025-117,363p.a.), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) provides an independent, efficient, fair and just prosecution service for the people of NSW. We are seeking someone who has had experience in the management of staff with the ability to develop and review high quality administrative systems and work practices to lead the legal support team and to manage service delivery for our offices, ensuring the provision of a high quality prosecution service that is both efficient and effective. Key accountabilities include: • Manage, lead and develop administrative staff; • Manage the operations of the administrative team to deliver a high quality legal support service; • Review, design and implement changes to administrative systems and work practices to ensure a high quality and timely prosecution service; • Act in accordance with ODPP administrative and financial delegations; • Ensure ongoing maintenance of the office environment, office equipment and security, in accordance with ODPP WH&S policies; • Liaise and communicate regularly with a variety of people both internally and externally, in relation to the provision of relevant information and assistance. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated effective management experience; possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and is extremely organised and capable of meeting strict and competing deadlines. These roles will be Temporary for initial periods of up to 12 months with the possibility of extension or being made ongoing.
