We are seeking permanent part time Team Leader who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs and leading a team of support workers. You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence. Enable our participants to shape and improve their lives. As a team leader, you will be rewarded for your skills and commitment in providing consistent high-quality care. Enjoy working in a family-friendly, supportive, close-knit working environment driven by strong values. 25 hours per week paid employment Clear and effective communication skills. An ability to establish a professional relationship with a participant, health practitioners and their families. Attention to detail and accuracy in the record management. Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required. What’s in for you?
