We are seeking permanent part time Team Leader who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs and leading a team of support workers. You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence. An ability to establish a professional relationship with a participant, health practitioners and their families. Attention to detail and accuracy in the record management.
