Your next opportunity An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to become a part of the Fuso Port Melbourne team. This position will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the sales department and plays a pivotal role in supporting multiple key functions, including the Service department, CSO Sales Administrator, and sales executives. The Sales Coordinator is to provide accurate and traceability in the order to delivery process of new vehicle builds, managing third party body builders and other suppliers to ensure the overall success of the order delivery for the sales team and the organisation as a whole. About The Role: Manage the purchase orders for the vehicle build up, distribute to suppliers. Coordinating pickup and drop offs for vehicles at the relevant body builder with drivers or subcontractors. Managing the ETAs of vehicles and cascading to the relevant sales department members. Scheduling in the vehicles for PD with the workshop and closing out internal invoices. Coordinating the details. Manage vehicle registration. If applicable, coordinating the delivery of the vehicle if it is to be completed by a driver or subcontractor. Update sales build report worksheet.
